Notes on the "AJ Scandal"
Vickie Guerrero dropped a bombshell at the Hell in a Cell Pre-Show when she claimed to possess concrete evidence that John Cena and AJ Lee carried on an inappropriate relationship while the latter served as General Manager of Raw. Vickie did not produce said evidence, but she did invite AJ to Raw to witness its unveiling. The gusty AJ naturally accepted via Twitter. What will happen when Vickie brings her evidence to light?

Raw Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero called out John Cena
Did John Cena and AJ Lee really get involved in an “inappropriate relationship” during AJ’s reign as Raw’s General Manager? That was Raw Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero’s allegation when she called the former WWE Champion into the ring on Raw.
Cena may have dismissed the allegation with his signature jocularity, but Vickie upped the ante by revealing photos of the Raw Superstar and AJ enjoying a candlelight dinner along with security footage of the duo riding a hotel elevator up to the same floor. A stunned Cena continued to deny the accusations, but Vickie refused to be deterred as she suggested that the twosome broke WWE’s rulebook.
Finally, when Dolph Ziggler hit the squared circle to back his associate’s claims, Cena shoved the Money in the Bank winner to the canvas and told him to mind his tongue before retreating to the locker room.

Are John Cena and AJ busted?: Vickie exposes private meeting

John Cena … and AJ Lee? The notion hit like a tabloid cover story: seemingly spurious, certainly dubious, still also very intriguing — like something so outlandish that we want to believe it’s true.
But hold it right there. Before you affix a scarlet letter to tees of John Cena and AJ Lee, consider the source of rumors indicating their supposed “inappropriate relationship.”
On Raw, Managing Supervisor–turned sleuth Vickie Guerrero presented some arguably open-ended evidence. Guerrero referred to footage from previous Monday nights of a burger date made in jest and, of course, *the hug* from last week, but her strongest contention came once she disclosed a photo of Cena and AJ seated at table in a low-lit restaurant. The follow-up was the best, however, as Vickie revealed footage from a hotel as the former WWE Champion warmly welcomed the spunky Diva into an elevator heading up to the guest suites.
As the newly empowered Guerrero uncovered on Raw, a nighttime business meeting bears the appearance of something that’s a bit more than what Cena and the former Raw General Manager wish to admit.
According to Cena, the scenes manipulated by Vickie were that of a business meeting and a harmless walk to AJ’s hotel room door — nothing more. Understandable was the Cenation leader’s perceivable discomfort and aggravation with the topic while confronted in the middle of the ring, live on Raw. But AJ’s continued strange behavior and backstage response haven’t helped matters. Now rehired as a competing WWE Diva, AJ appears to be struggling more with something she’s holding in.
Is there merit in Vickie’s allegations after all? Or has the manipulative Managing Supervisor with a history of underhandedness concocted the perfect scheme to ruin the lives of two WWE fan favorites?
Whatever you think or do, just don’t say “John Cena” and “AJ” in the same statement — or Tout or tweet — in front of the 12-time World Champion. Dolph Ziggler, be warned.

If AJ Lee still feels any frustration about how her tenure as Raw General Manager ended, she shouldn't.
That's because the average length that past dignitaries have held the controversial role is just 205 days. Only four of AJ's predecessors topped that number. And everyone else learned much too soon that the job of running the best show on Monday night means never getting too comfortable at the top.

The end of the match between John Cena and Dolph Ziggler. Vickie tries to help Dolph win the match. AJ comes out and she hits Dolph with his MITB briefcase which helps Cena win. Cena kisses Vickie and AJ is sadly surprised.
AJ Lee defeated Eve & Layla for the Divas Championship, and she did it! She became the new Divas Champion but Vickie Guerrero came out and restarted the match. AJ was distracted by Vickie and Eve had the chance to make her move and remain the Divas Champion.

Dolph Ziggler is a Superstar who seemingly has it all: stunning looks, superior athletic talent and the ability to steal the show every single time he steps between the ropes. Oh yeah, and he's Mr. Money in the Bank, too.
What he doesn't have is the WWE Championship résumé and worldwide recognition of John Cena.
On the surface, Ziggler's intense grudge against the Cenation leader has come as quite the surprise. For months it looked like The Showoff's only intent was to cash in his Money in the Bank contract and seize the World Heavyweight Title. He even guaranteed he would do it heading into WWE Hell in a Cell. But as viewers tuned in to the pay-per-view's Pre-Show on Oct. 28, it appeared that Ziggler's objective had changed. Still holding the Money in the Bank briefcase, his fixation had shifted from championship gold to 10-time WWE Champion John Cena and the allegations that Cena had an inappropriate relationship with former Raw General Manager AJ Lee. "It's been years of the same Cena story. I'm sick of it. The WWE Universe is sick of it. Someone had to do something about it."
Ziggler would never admit he's even the slightest bit envious of Cena's success in WWE over the years, nor his accomplishments as a Hollywood actor and musician. But is it a stretch to think he craves the national spotlight Cena persistently commands? Should we be convinced that Ziggler is targeting The Cenation Commander-in-Chief, as Dolph states, simply because he wants to expose the truth and serve his duty as "the only real man in this business"?
On the Oct. 22 edition of Raw, Ziggler said Cena is the only person to blame in the scandal that led to AJ's resignation as Raw General Manager and that he thought AJ "would have better taste" — two direct shots that exhibit precisely how much disdain Dolph has for the Cenation leader. Is Ziggler offended that AJ would potentially be interested in someone like Cena instead of him? Perhaps he's afraid of the notion that there could be a fresh front-page couple in WWE while The Showoff and Queen Diva duo is now old news?
Whether or not jealousy is Dolph's primary motive for going after Cena, there is one goal that is apparent as ever before: Ziggler is still trying to steal the show — and Cena is standing in his way.

What will John Cena do next?
It’s been a rough few weeks for John Cena. First, he was unable to compete against WWE Champion CM Punk at Hell in a Cell. Then, he found himself embroiled in the “AJ scandal.” Now, he’s in the sights of Mr. Money in the Bank, Dolph Ziggler.
Last week on Raw, Ziggler got a taste of Cena’s pent-up frustration when Cena shoved him to the canvas. For a Superstar who backs down from no one, it’s only a matter of time until Cena starts settling the score with his foes within the squared circle.

Vickie Guerrero presented further evidence of John Cena and AJ’s inappropriate relationship
“I am proud of myself,” began Vickie Guerrero’s began with an auspicious attempt to further slander the reputations of both John Cena and AJ Lee. The Managing Supervisor of Raw had no squabbles about taking her smear campaign against the Cenation leader and the former Raw GM across the Atlantic, attempting to convince the WWE Universe that the two engaged in an inappropriate relationship while Raw was under Miss Lee’s stewardship.
But before Vickie could elaborate on the twosome’s supposed transgressions, Cena himself marched out to the ring to present his case. Cena’s insults towards the Raw Managing Supervisor were cut short, however, by Vickie’s latest bit of evidence: footage of AJ apparently walking into Cena’s room wearing a bathrobe in a “state of undress” while (from a completely different camera angle) a shirtless Cena mounted a “do not disturb” sign on the hotel room door.
Cena denounced the footage with a smile on his face, but Vickie would not be denied, calling out AJ herself to give her side of the story.
Instead, however, AJ appeared on the TitanTron, shaking with rage and denying Vickie the satisfaction of coming to the ring. If AJ relented and crossed the ropes, she claimed, Vickie would receive the beating of a lifetime and AJ would be fired as a result. “And then I wouldn’t get to do what I love to do,” AJ seethed. The words weren’t out of her mouth before Dolph Ziggler slidled up next to the former Raw GM and wrapped his arms around her, saying “and we all know what you love to do.”
The insult was too much for Cena to bear, and the Cenation leader sprinted from the ring in search of The Showoff while Vickie cackled in the ring.
